1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by GA Project, a division of GA Projects Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
GA Project provides Fractional C-Suite consulting services including, but not limited to, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operational advisory services for Small and Mid-sized Businesses. Our services are designed to provide strategic guidance and support tailored to your business needs.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for our services
- Cooperate with our team and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Make payments according to the agreed-upon terms
- Respect confidentiality agreements and intellectual property rights
4. Payment Terms
Our fee structure is based on a revenue-aligned model where applicable. Specific payment terms, including fees, payment schedules, and billing procedures, will be outlined in individual service agreements. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Software Integration Services
In addition to consulting services, GA Project offers software integration solutions that connect third-party platforms such as Thumbtack to CRM and automation tools. Our Thumbtack integration uses OAuth 2.0 to securely sync lead data from your Thumbtack account to your preferred CRM workflows (e.g., GoHighLevel) via automation platforms such as n8n.
6. OAuth Authorization Terms
By using our Thumbtack integration, you authorize GA Project to access your Thumbtack account via OAuth 2.0. This authorization allows us to:
- Request limited access to your Thumbtack data on your behalf
- Securely store access tokens to maintain the connection
- Sync authorized data to your designated CRM and automation workflows
You may revoke this access at any time through your Thumbtack account settings. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing your data and delete stored tokens within a reasonable timeframe.
7. API Data Usage
Through our integration, we collect and process the following data from the Thumbtack API:
- Lead contact details (name, email, phone number)
- Job request information and service details
This data is collected solely to enable lead synchronization to your CRM and automation workflows. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third parties outside of the integration workflow. Data is used exclusively for the purposes you have authorized.
8. Third-Party Processors
To provide our integration services, your data may be processed by the following third-party platforms:
- n8n (workflow automation)
- GoHighLevel (CRM and marketing automation)
- Other CRM or automation tools as designated by you
All third-party processors are bound by their respective privacy policies and data security obligations. We select processors that maintain appropriate security standards.
9. Compliance with Thumbtack API Terms
GA Project operates in compliance with Thumbtack's Partner API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using our integration, you also agree to abide by Thumbtack's applicable terms. We are committed to maintaining compliance with all platform requirements and updating our practices as needed.
10. Integration Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your API data, including:
- Encrypted storage of access tokens
- Secure HTTPS connections for all data transfers
- Access controls limiting data visibility to authorized personnel only
When you revoke integration access or terminate services, we will delete your stored tokens and synced data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business data. Both parties agree to protect proprietary information and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our consulting services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide valuable guidance, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
13. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary materials developed by GA Project remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes as outlined in individual agreements.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and confidentiality obligations remain in effect.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
